This is one awesome read I started this book at bedtime and didn’t want to fall asleep it was way to interesting but sleep claim me. First thing at morning put on my coffee and read the day away family had to fend for themselves. This book had me on edge I went from pissed to awed. I’m saying read this book read reviews before I wrote mine come on lower stars because of some mistakes really? Well everyone has an opinion I never thought less of incredible talent. This book is right up there with one of my Favorite Authors C.Feehan Loved it. Dear Author I’m a total fan of your work. One hell of a read I hated when it was over I need more. Thank you Loved it tremendously !!!

Beneath the Shadows of Evil ~ Taken is a multi-layer story for the young Gypsy girl; Alliana finds herself in Mikhal the Evil’s castle very obviously under his evil but also under the evil of his sister, Marishka and several other characters that live in the castle. Jolynn Raymond’s descriptive ability as a writer is excellent as she shows Alliana’s emotional ups and downs and in the sizzling hot sexy love scenes between Mikhal and Alliana. She also does an excellent description of the change in Mikhal’s emotions as the story changes especially after his evil sister casts a feeling spell on him. The stories sex scenes are hot enough to make you fingers burn as you read your Kindle; the emotions of the characters make you feel a full range of emotions from hate to love and back again. The use and spelling of terms true to the time period also added to the enjoyment of this great story. As I read this book, I couldn’t wait to find out what happened next but I did not want it to end so I highly recommend it to other readers. The plot is excellent, the characters have great depth and I can’t wait to read book two in this trilogy

This was a great book! Loved it couldn’t put it down. Wish the second book was already out will definitely be getting it! The story line was good rate this a five star!!! Can’t go bad purchasing it! Loved the main and some of the secondary characters. Can’t wait till May for the second book! Would read this one again!!!
